If you have a new group I intron or new information of a known group I intron, or you would like us to predict the structure of a group I intron, please let us know and provide as much information as you can. And also, we would like to receive any feedback or suggestion. Once we have recevied your submission, we will contact with you timely!

Currently, we don't provide online INFERNAL searching service, because it is high CPU consuming. We would run INFERNAL with our CMs on your submitted sequences on a computer cluster and then send you back the results. We strongly recommend the users to download our highly reliable stochkholm format alignment (.sto files in 'Alignment' page) to run INFERNAL locally, on a computer cluster if possible.
